Windsurfing
Windsurfing is relative new sport for me, I had a little experience from a old surfboard and sails in Friesland, but I really learned how to surf on Bonaire.
This was my 2005 vacation with Marlinda and we decided on taking surfing lessons and rent equipment for 13 days. It took the instructors 2 lessons to learn us the basics: turning(gybe) and using harness, this was only possible due to the location: knee deep water, good wind and a nice temperature. This made it possible to surf(practise) at least 6 hours a day.
You can make a lot of progress in those conditions in 13 days.
