I was baking pancakes for lunch with my girlfriend when she suddenly says: “Look the clouds, they have a beautiful pattern.” So we walked to the roofed balcony and started to watch a massive Thundercloud roll in. With the wind coming from the other side of building it was quite nice to see and some times feel the sound as we where not getting wet. As it was raining so hard everything went grey. After the cloud had past we finished the pancakes and we went back to my room which is situated on the other side of the building.
Then you start remembering things….Rain going one direction…Windows being open…..dammm
Damage was mild and luckily my windows where almost closed because of the chill last night. Still wet carpet and curtains but I got lucky, as electric equipment was 10 cm from the splash area.
